After you have those head to Duster and purchase the Madhura Harp and although you don't need it, grab a Dream Harp. The best place to grind levels in my opinion is Bahamut's Lair, by now you should be level 60-65 and the monsters here will be no match for you. Each fight will result in 5, 500+ EXP making it very quick to level up. Your Job Level with the Black Belt at the moment is inconsequential so do not bother prolonging the fights to try level up the job each battle. Once you reach level 80+ head to the??? Dungeon which is located to the east of the Floating Continent on the Surface World map, save your game and head in. Here is where you will finish off the last of your level grinding, the only enemies that you can fight as a random encounter here are the Yellow, Green and Red Dragons which after each battle will give you 7, 500/11, 250/15, 000 EXP each battle in the order listed. Being level 90 isn't 100% essential for this battle; it is more about the HP to survive the massive hits you will be taking.
You might say something along the lines as, "I had a great time and feel we have a lot of things in common, don't you agree? " and when they answer, you can answer accordingly. Speaking optimistically, if they say yes you might say, "Great, then when can I see you again? " At that point you can determine whether you are on the same page or not, and uncover any doubts they may have. If you take the same approach in an interview, it might go something like this: "After our conversation, the qualities and skills you are looking for in a candidate align with my background and skill set, so I feel I would make a great fit for your role. Would you agree? " Again, if the interview went well, they most likely will agree. Then, you would say, "Great, when do I start? " Many hiring managers may laugh, which is good as it lightens the moment, yet it can also provide an opportunity to uncover any doubts they have. Tweak this banter to your own personality and the vibe of the conversation. Ultimately, this should give you a good understanding of the next steps in the process.
